How long do I have to wait for my merchandise?
Depending on what you have ordered it should take no longer than two weeks to get your merchandise. The exception, of course, are those items (luxury cat beds, fine jewelry cat collars) that are special ordered then we could expect them to take four or more weeks.
What happens if the merchandise is delivered broken?
If merchandise is broken upon delivery we will replace that item immediately after we pick up the damaged goods.
Can I C.O.D. an order?
Only with prior permission and rarely will an order be placed C.O.D. Most of the manufacturers will not use C.O.D.
