1. Shipping: Shipping will be done either UPS or US Postal Service whichever will accomodate the size and weight of the package. In any event be assured that we will choose that way that will get to your home safe and complete. Should there ever be a problem all you have to do is let us know and it will be corrected immediately. Most of our products are shipped from the manufacturer which saves you money. 2. Returns. Returns are welcome for damaged merchandise. Otherwise returns can be made by getting a return number and shipping the merchandise back to us or the manufacturer. The exception is special order merchandise which will be determined on a case by case basis. |
